Ron & Terry Humphrey (Senior Founding Pastors)
Ron and Terry Humphrey have been in ministry for over forty years, having served in many different roles. Ron is a graduate of Texas A&M, Texarkana and worked for the Postal Service for thirty-eight years. He currently is serving as the New Boston Mayor. Terry’s background is in administration, both at Christus St. Michael Hospital and as a paralegal. Ron and Terry were planted by Pastors John and LaNell Miller of COTR Texarkana in 2012. They are members in good standing of the Church on the Rock Network of ministers and were commissioned by Chuck Pierce and Glory of Zion Ministries in 2016. Brandon & Tera Barrett
(Associate Pastors)
Brandon is a 2002 graduate of Texas Bible Institute School of Ministry. And graduated from A&M Texarkana in 2021. Brandon has served as a deacon and then elder from 2013-2018. Brandon was ordained in 2018 as an Associate Pastor of NCL. He and Tera have been married since 2004 and have 2 children Eli and Lydia. Tera is a teacher in the New Boston school district. They love people and want to challenge them to grow in the promises and truths of God.
Micah & Lindsey Anglen (Youth Pastor)
Pastor Micah and Lindsey Anglen began their youth ministry at NCL in 2018. Micah has a certificate in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. He and his wife have three beautiful children, Ian, Addison, and Avery. Micah also works as a local barber here in downtown New Boston.
Cody Mayo

(Hospitality Coordinator)
As the Worship Pastor, Cody believes worship is a connection to God in an intimate way. “We are to worship in Spirit and in Truth” John 4:24. “Worship is our growing awareness of God’s presence in all of life” - Rob Bell. Cody and Bekah have a precious boy, Archer and a sweet baby Claira coming soon.
